Christian has been photographing professionally for the past 11 years.  His work has been featured in such publications as Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, Conde Nast Traveler, Interior Design, NY Spaces, and the Edible Communities magazines.  He is also a contributing photographer to ELLE Magazine

His advertising clients include, The Dean Hotel (Providence, RI), InterMIX, David Yurman Jewelry, Hickey Freeman, Summit Golf Brands, North Rip Boats, and The Westchester Land Trust.  Christian works continually with designers William Cooper and Ari Heckman of ASH NYC, as well as Bruce Shostak, Christopher Maya, and Mimi Somerby, and the architect Steve Blatz

His Fine Art Photography exhibitions include most recently “HERE & THERE” - A Collection of Travel Photography From The Past 7 Years at The OneWay Gallery (Rhode Island).  Other exhibitions of his include; The Photo Media Center (Pennsylvania), Bridgewater University (Virginia), Northern Westchester Center for the Arts (New York), Warwick Museum of Art (Rhode Island), and Hera Gallery (Rhode Island) for their 30 Artists Under 30 Exhibition.

Christian is represented by The OneWay Gallery in Providence and Narragansett RI.  His Fine Art Photography is included in private, corporate, and public collections all across the Untied States and in England, including The Photo Media Center, Fidelity, The University of Rhode Island, and The Westchester Land Trust.

 

He graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a degree in both Marine Biology and Fine Art with a Specialty in Photography under the photographer Annu Matthew, where he received the Dean’s Award for Fine Art.

As a young photographer directly out of college he worked closely with renowned travel Photographer William Abranowicz for 9 years as his in house 1st Assistant and Digital Technician.  He was able to travel on assignment with Mr. Abranowicz around the United States, Central and South America, as well as Africa and Europe.
